Home Staging Services

Here’s our Home Staging process:

Step 1: 

  • Complete our information request form. Describe what you need us to do. The more details you provide, the better we can estimate the cost. Universal’s home staging specialist will consult with you and provide a rate.

Step 2: 

  • The movers will first assess and inventory your goods. The crew arrival time will be confirmed the day before. After they arrive, the crew will pad and wrap each item to prevent damage during transit. 

Step 3: 

  • They will load, secure and deliver your storage goods to our climate-controlled warehouse.

Step 4: 

  • After your storage items are addressed, we will work directly with you or your staging professional to ensure that every piece of furniture d correctly placed as you desire before viewing the space.

Shipping Containers

When shipping your possessions, tell your moving agent how you will choose to move. Whether by air or sea, we need to make sure you know the method of travel so that we can offer you the proper shipping containers necessary for that particular move.

Also, different containers may work for different situations based on your shipment size and contents. For instance:

  • For air, shipments are loaded into wooden containers known as storage vaults.
  • Small ocean shipments are loaded into water-proof wooden containers.
  • Large ocean shipments are loaded into steel steamship containers.

The movers will first assess and inventory your goods. Next, the crew arrival time will be confirmed the day before. After they arrive, the crew will pad and wrap each item to prevent damage during transit. Finally, they will load, secure and deliver your storage goods to our climate-controlled warehouse.

After your storage items are taken care of, we will work directly with you or your staging professional to make sure every piece of furniture is placed correctly as you want before viewing the space.
